Icepacks are my best friend nowadays. <br />My doc gave me lortabs in case I get one that is just unbearable. Hoping to avoid it, but good to have it on hand just in case.Frankie Beehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03016774250490340149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6385629302219787689.post-69178835693093684542012-01-23T14:40:15.091-07:002012-01-23T14:40:15.091-07:00GREAT idea! Thought I was going to die or wished I was already dead. I remember telling my spouse to, "just kill me now". Not sure if you are into the yoga, but 30 minutes of restorative yoga ALWAYS relieves a headache for me. Perhaps there is a studio near you that you could check out? There might even be prenatal classes which will be a mixture of restorative, too!Bellehttp://www.scrambled-eggs.orgnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6385629302219787689.post-76034874787844635752012-01-23T13:30:36.098-07:002012-01-23T13:30:36.098-07:00Ha!
